2024 Indigo Ballroom Pricing

Uptown Indigo consists of two different floors with separate pricing. The primary event floor is called "Indigo Ballroom." It’s a 6000 square foot ballroom venue with a seated capacity of 220 and a standing capacity of 300. Our average events have about 150 guests. When comparing event venues be sure to ask what is and isn’t included. We’re proud of our comprehensive packages which automatically include:

  • Use of the climate-controlled, newly restored venue floor

  • Legendary, 5-star hospitality inspired by the Ritz-Carlton “Gold Standards”

  • Pro-level sound system

  • Vintage elevator with bellhop staff

  • Tables and Chairs: Cocktail tables, 6’ round tables, 8’ rectangular tables, and Champagne Chiavari chairs

  • Table and chair arrangement before your event

  • Event attendant

  • Flexibility to choose your own vendors if desired (DJs, florists, planners etc.)

  • Preferred caterers have access to the prep kitchen, ice machine, assistance loading in and out, and other resources they may need

  • Basic liability insurance

  • Up to three strategic consultations with our Venue Coordinator to ensure your event is flawless

  • Free parking and more

Saturday all-day packages start at $4300.

Monday - Thursday six-hour block packages start at $1200.

Friday & Sunday ten-hour block packages start at $2200.

2024 Steeples Pricing

The top floor venue is called “Steeples.” Steeples is 3,000 square feet and includes access to our 800 square foot rooftop terrace with breathtaking mountain views. Steeples has its own bar, a mini-grand piano, a pool table, and more. While Steeples is smaller than the Indigo ballroom it has more to do and see. The package includes everything that the above package contains. For weddings, this space is used for cocktail hours of up to 220 guests, and also small ceremonies and receptions of up to 75 people.

Saturday all-day packages start at $4300.

Monday - Thursday six hour block packages start at $1200.

Friday & Sunday ten hour block packages start at $2200.
